Most importantly, we want to celebrate that there is strength, possibility, and opportunity at every age.”
Healthy Aging Week reflects the YMCA’s commitment to supporting the health and well-being of people throughout their lives. The Y provides opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to build healthy habits, strengthen relationships and remain connected to their community.
