OSWEGO – The Total Well Wellness Tuesday Educational Series at the Aqua Spa Float Center (presented in collaboration with the Traveling Event Planner) was developed with education and wellness in mind. It’s an opportunity to bring local experts together to help community members reach their wellness goals.
“Education has always been at the forefront of everything we do here,” says Aqua Spa Float Center owner, Tammy Wilkinson. “Our vision is to educate to the benefits of natural health, holistic wellness, and life balance – and we aspire to be a resource for our hyper-local community and the CNY area.”
The fall series begins with StrongHER Starts Here: How to Create a Wellness Plan That Actually Works featuring speaker Beth Ann Dice on Tuesday, October 28 at 6pm. Attendees are invited to arrive early to enjoy select spa services with their group like massage chairs and red light therapy. Or, experience the oxygen bar, and mingle before the workshop begins.

December 9 – 6pm to 8pm
