Workshop Helps People Living with Chronic Pain

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Health Department has announced its next “Living Well with Chronic Pain” workshop series. The virtual six-week program begins Jan. 15 and continues every Thursday through Feb 19. Each session runs from 1 to 3:30 p.m. and the program is open to county residents.

The series helps people learn skills to manage the challenges that come with chronic pain. It is intended for adults or caregivers impacted by chronic pain.

Every interactive workshop is facilitated by a trained lifestyle coach who encourages participants to connect with each other in a supportive environment.

Workshops are held virtually through Microsoft Teams. Participants will be sent meeting information.
