OSWEGO – Oswego Health is asking the public to fill out a Community Health Needs Assessment survey to identify key health needs and issues through systematic, comprehensive data collection and analysis.
The ultimate goal of this assessment is to develop strategies to address the community’s health needs and identified issues.
