The suspect walks directly behind the counter at 3:24:44 a.m.

Update: As police released photos of the suspect, they noted that they believe the suspect came into the store half an hour before the robbery, wearing a striped sweatshirt.  When he returned half an hour later, he wore a single-colored sweatshirt with an insignia on the back.

Fulton Police say the Byrne Dairy at Route 3 and Emery St. was robbed early Wednesday morning.

Police report that a clerk at the store was robbed by a man who said he had a weapon but did not show it.  It happened at about 3:30 a.m.

He ran from the store with merchandise, police said, declining to be more specific about what was taken.

The suspect is described as a white man, about 5′ 6″ tall.  He wore a bandana over his face, a grey baseball cap on his head, black shorts and a gray/blue hooded sweatshirt with a zipper in front.

Police ask anyone with information about the robbery to call them at 598-4504.
