In celebration of that important event, the Oswego County Humane Society is WAIVING adoption fees for any black cats (and any cats with any black or gray on them) that are adopted from Saturday August 13 to Saturday August 20.

Not because they are not valuable in our eyes – but just because we want more people to experience the special allure of black cats (and cats with black or gray on them).

For example, meet Marshall!

He’s about  2 years old and the epitome of a handsome black dude.

He would prefer a home and a lap to himself, as he’s a bit greedy.

But he does like to play with the kittens in his foster home.

So, maybe he would be OK with much younger cats.

He’s willing to try.

Please contact our office during business hours at 315-207-1070 or email [email protected] for information on bringing Marshall and a little elegance in your home.

He is neutered, up to date with shots and healthy.

The Oswego County Humane Society provides spay/neuter services and assistance, fostering and adoption of animals in urgent need, humane education programs, and information and referrals to animal lovers throughout Oswego County.

Located 29 W. Seneca St., Oswego, NY.
