Chicken BBQ Fundraiser to raise money to support Foster Program

OSWEGO –  The Oswego County Humane Society is holding a Chicken BBQ Fundraiser at the Oswego Moose Lodge (134 W Oneida Street, Oswego) on Saturday, April 26th from Noon – sold out. The Oswego Humane operates a foster-based adoption program where animals in care are housed within volunteer homes in the community. This model decreases stress, increases socialization, and helps staff learn housing preferences for each animal. Funds raised will go to the care of foster animals including providing food & supplies, vaccines, medical care and spay/neuter surgeries. Being a foster family does not cost a dime! For $13.00, each dinner includes a half chicken, salt potatoes, beans, and a roll. To purchase a dinner, visit www.oswegohumane.org/ckbbq or call the office at 315-207-1070.
