Jazzy: Pet of the Week

OSWEGO – Jazzy is a 5-year-old Bully mix and about 80 pounds of pure relaxation talent. If there were an Olympic event for lounging, Jazzy would take gold… and then immediately take a nap to recover.

Jazzy’s resume concise and direct: Professional Napper. Expert Cuddler. Couch Enthusiast. Her passion? The couch. Her skill set? Leaning into you for affection with her whole heart (and her whole body). Her lifestyle? Low-key, cozy, and deeply committed to comfort.

Jazzy is house-trained, easy-going, and not interested in high-energy adventures. She’ll happily play with her people for a bit—but she’s just as happy (honestly, happier) to settle in for a nap. Long, leisurely walks are optional. Snuggles are not.

She’s incredibly loving and non-confrontational—the kind of dog who wouldn’t hurt a fly. Because she’s a big girl who likes to lean and shift her weight, she’d do best in a home without young children, just to avoid accidental knock-overs during cuddle sessions.

Jazzy is spayed, vaccinated and routinely treated for parasites. The adoption fee is $300. If your idea of a perfect day includes relaxing at home with a devoted, snuggly best friend, Jazzy is ready to clock in.

Jazzy is looking for a home that appreciates the finer things in life: soft couches, quiet evenings, and a loyal companion who will always be right there beside you (or on you).

If you are interested in adopting, you can download our Adoption Application at tinyurl.com/oswego-humane-app; OR if you might even consider becoming a temporary foster caregiver, we would be excited (and pay all the bills!). You can email your completed application and any questions to [email protected]!oswegohumane.org/petoftheweek
