Louie: Pet of the Week

OSWEGO – Louie, a 5-month-old kitten, is the Oswego County Humane Society’s Pet of the Week.

The society describes Louie as a sweet, gentle boy who enjoys a relaxed pace, with playtime between naps. He likes watching neighborhood happenings from a window, investigating feather toys and finding sunny places to rest.

Louie needs feline companionship, so his new family must include at least one other playful cat. The society says he could also enjoy a canine companion, provided they get along.

Louie is neutered, vaccinated and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. He must be kept indoors. His adoption fee is $125.

Prospective adopters can download an adoption application and email the completed application or questions to [email protected].

The society also welcomes temporary foster caregivers and says it pays the bills associated with fostering.
