Martini: Pet of the Week

OSWEGO – This guy almost has too much lovin’ to give. Sometimes, when Martini comes over for head-butts and affection, he loses his balance and falls right over! He can be quite sassy at times too. Martini likes physical touch and scritches for a short time, then he lets you know he’s done with a paw swipe or love nibble.

Martini is severely underweight and has started a slow, healthy meal routine to gain back weight. He eats like a gentleman and doesn’t gobble his food, but any adopter should be aware that he currently needs small, frequent meals every day.

Martini came from a home where he was the only pet. He’s been slowly re-introduced to other cats who respect his space but he’s still not convinced. He probably wants to be the one and only in your life. He has been OK around a cat-savvy dog, but wary of children.

Martini is about 5 years old. He is vaccinated and neutered. He is indoor only and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. The adoption fee is $75.

If you are interested in adopting, you can download our Adoption Application at tinyurl.com/oswego-humane-app; OR if you might even consider becoming a temporary foster caregiver, we would be excited (and pay all the bills!). You can email your completed application and any questions to [email protected]!
