OSWEGO – While a cat tunnel is her main hang-out spot, Phoebe equally loves to follow her humans around the house, and she is sure to talk about it too!
She is so chatty and is curious about whatever is going on (even if it’s just watching tv). She’ll always enjoy a good sun-bath too and is a great cuddler.
