On June 8th, 2020, at approximately 8:36 P.M., while in the 150 Block of W. First St. S. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Tiffany M. Royce, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
On the above date, time and location, the said defendant did obstruct
vehicular traffic by standing in the middle of the southbound lane of W. First St. S. while swinging a broken white broom handle at passing vehicles. Her actions did cause two vehicles to swerve into the northbound lane to avoid hitting her.

On the 9th day of June, 2020 at approximately 11:58 P.M. while at 8 S. Third St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York the defendant, Destiny M. Brummett was arrested for Harassment in the Second Degree.
On the above mentioned date and location at approximately 11:34 P.M.
the defendant Destiny M. Brummett, did strike the victim, Charles R. F. Hare, in the head with an iPhone during the course of an argument, causing the victim to feel pain, harassed, annoyed and alarmed.

On the 10th day of June, 2020, at 11:47am, while at 257 W/ Third St. So., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant Christopher M. Woods, was arrested for harassment in the second degree, menacing in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
It is alleged that on the above stated date and location, at approximately 11:29am, the defendant, during a domestic dispute with the victim Stephanie L. Snyder, did hold and point an opened pocket knife at the victim while telling the victim that he was going to kill her. The defendant’s actions caused the victim to fear for her safety and to feel harassed and alarmed.

On the 14th day of June, 2020, at approximately 3:30 AM, while in the 250 block of W. Third St. S., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Tyler J. M. Bardin, was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Harassment in the Second Degree, and Resisting Arrest.
It is alleged that on the aforementioned date, at approximately 1:30 AM, while at 306 W. Broadway, Apt. 1, in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant did intentionally place his arm around the victim, Heather M. Heywoods, neck during a domestic dispute, causing the victim to be unable to breath for approximately five to seven seconds. The said defendant did also strike the victim with a closed fist in her right ear, causing redness and swelling. The said actions of the defendant did harass, annoy, and alarm the victim.
It is also alleged that on the aforementioned date, at approximately 3:30 AM, while in the 250 block of W. Third St. S., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant, did intentionally attempt to prevent a Police Officer from effecting an arrest. The said defendant, after being told he was under arrest, did so by turning around and raising his fists in a threatening manner, which resulted in a taser deployment. The said defendant then did pull his body away from officers, resulting in being brought to the ground. Once on the ground, the said defendant did stiffen his body and place his arms under his chest.
