On the 29th day of April, 2020, at approximately 8:21 A.M., while at 28 S. First St., Brookfield Power, in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, James G. Jolliffe, was arrested on the charges of Burglary 3rd, Criminal Tampering 2nd, Possession of Burglar’s Tools, Criminal Mischief 3rd, and Criminal Trespass 3rd.
It is alleged that on the above date, at the above location, at
approximately 7:55 A.M., the said defendant did unlawfully enter the
aforementioned premises by scaling a chain-link fence which enclosed the
premises to exclude intruders, trespassing on the property. The defendant
then utilized a pike pole tool owned by the victim, Brookfield Power to force the entry door to the hydroelectric power station open. The defendant’s actions caused approximately $400.00 in damages to the door and approximately $50.00 in damage to the pike pole tool which snapped in half. The defendant then unlawfully entered and remained inside the building. While inside the building, the defendant tampered with several control panels and control wiring which caused the power to shut off to the plant. The actions by the defendant caused an interruption in power services provided by Brookfield Power, and created a substantial inconvenience.

On the 2nd day of May, 2020 at 11:34 PM while in the 450 block of W.
Fourth St. S., City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant, Nicholas J. Ippolito Jr. was arrested for the offense the offense of criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment in the second degree, and harassment in the second degree.
It is alleged that on the above mentioned date, at 11:08 PM, while at 464 W. Fourth St. S. the said defendant, Nicholas J. Ippolito Jr. did engage in a physical domestic dispute with a 16-year-old victim. In the course of the dispute the defendant did intentionally grab the victim by the throat with one hand and applied pressure to the victim’s neck for approximately six seconds, making it so the victim could not breath. Said actions by the defendant did cause the victim to feel harassed, annoyed, and alarmed and were likely to be injurious to the mental, moral, and physical welfare of the victim. It is further alleged that the defendant engaged in a physical domestic dispute with a second victim. During the course of the dispute, the defendant did intentionally grab the victim by the back of her head and pushed her head through a single pane glass porch window, causing the glass to shatter. Said actions by the defendant did create a substantial risk of serious physical injury to the victim.

On the 3rd day of May, 2020, at approximately 10:40 PM, while at 19 W.
First St. N. Apartment 7 in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Scott A. Gardner was arrested for Menacing 2nd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (2 counts) and Harassment 2nd.
It is alleged that on the 3rd day of May 2020, at approximately 10:00 PM, while at 19 W. First St. N, in the City of Fulton, the said defendant during a domestic dispute, did intentionally place the victim, Susan Gardner in fear of physical injury by displaying a small black can of Pepper Spray and a green handled dagger with a four-inch blade in a threatening manner, all while demanding money from her. The defendant did also grab the victim’s stomach, causing her to receive red marks on her stomach, which caused her to be harassed, annoyed and alarmed. Furthermore the said defendant has been previously convicted of Petit Larceny on October 7th, 2014.
