On the 6th day of May, 2020 at approximately 8:43 A.M. while at 1013 S. First St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York the defendant, Kyle R. Moore was arrested on a superior court warrant of arrest, indictment number 14C-016 for Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, issued by the Hon. James M. Metcalf of the Oswego County Court.

On the 7th day of May, 2020, at approximately 5:50pm, while at 406 Park
Ave, City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant,
James R. Hull, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.
It is alleged that on the 6th day of May, 2020, at approximately 9:00pm, while at 406 Park Ave. the defendant, James R. Hull, did engage in a physical domestic dispute with victim. During said dispute the defendant did intentionally grab her by the throat and neck causing her to have difficulty breathing and shove her into a couch while she was holding a child. Said actions of the defendant did prevent the victim from moving freely and were likely to be injurious to the physical, mental, and moral welfare of said child under the age of seventeen. Furthermore, the defendant did remove the victim’s cell phone from the couch and refused to return it to her as she was attempting to request emergency assistance.

On the 7th day of May, 2020 at 8:26 pm while at 210 W. First St. S., Apt. 3, in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Ryan K. Pitcher, was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree.
It is alleged that on the aforementioned date and location, at approximately 8:10 pm, the defendant did engage in a physical domestic dispute with the victim. During said dispute the defendant did place his right arm around the victim’s neck from behind her and squeezed causing her to be unable to breathe. Furthermore, the defendant did strike the victim in her forehead with his head, causing a lump and pain to the victim’s forehead. The defendant did also intentionally damage a bedroom door by kicking it, causing damage to the door and lock assembly in the amount of $130.00.

On the 8th day of May, 2020, at approximately 8:40 AM, while at 60 W. First St. S., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Damien E. Bartlett, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, Menacing in the Second Degree, and
Harassment in the Second Degree.
It is alleged that on the above stated date and place at approximately 8:17 AM, the defendant, Damien Bartlett, during a domestic dispute, did
intentionally hold a dangerous instrument, that being a large brown brick over his head in his right hand and came towards the victim, Jenny Shoults in a threatening manner. The defendant then pushed the victim onto the ground with his left hand while still holding the brick in his right hand, causing pain to the victims left wrist and causing the victim to be in fear that the defendant was going to strike her with the brick. Furthermore the said defendant has previously been convicted of the crime of Criminal Possession of a Weapon Third on 2/7/2014.

It is alleged that on the above mentioned date, time and location the
defendant, Dalton C.J. Stott, while engaged in a domestic dispute with the victim, Desirea O’Gorman, did intentionally damage the victim’s Iphone X, black in color, by throwing the phone on the ground along with punching the victim’s ONN 32″ flat screen television. Furthermore, the defendant did intentionally push the victim by her right arm into a closet. The defendant did engage in the above actions while in close proximity to child.
