On the 19th day of May, 2020 at about 5:14 P.M, while at 116 N. Seventh
St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York the defendant, Tanisha C. Alexander, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
On the above mentioned date, time and location the defendant, Tanisha C. Alexander, did make unreasonable noise by yelling, “Fuck” several times, while standing outside in a residential neighborhood and after being told multiple times not to cease said conduct by a Uniformed Police Officer. Said actions of the defendant drew the attention of several uninvolved subjects who were gathered outside.

On the 23rd day of May, 2020 at 9:44 pm while at 844 Utica St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Salvatore L. Prince, was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, Harassment in the 2nd Degree, Grand larceny in the 4th Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
On the aforementioned date, and location, at approximately 7:00 pm, the defendant did engage in a physical domestic dispute with the victim, Theresa M. Prince. The defendant did grab the victim by her upper right arm, subjecting her to unwanted physical contact. The defendant did also steal the victim’s Samsung Galaxy note 9 cellular phone out of her hand, all within close proximity to their child, E.M.P. (DOB 5/22/2012). Furthermore, the defendant did violate a duly served order of protection, which was issued on 3/8/2020 and expires on 9/8/2020, signed by the Williamstown Town Court Judge Honorable Michele Bull. Said order states that the defendant is to refrain from committing said offenses against the victim.

On May 24th, 2020, at 0202 hours, while at 15 W. Fifth St. S., the defendant, William Carl Boyke, was arrested for the charges of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.
It is alleged that on the above said date, time and location, the defendant did commit the offense of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree by violating a duly served stay away order of protection, issued by City of Fulton Court Judge, Hon. David Hawthorne on 8/7/2019, expiring on 8/7/2020 (order number 2019-000123). William C. Boyke, did commit the specified aggravated family offense of
criminal contempt in the second degree by violating a duly served stay away order of protection. Said order of protection was issued by the Hon David Hawthorne of the City of Fulton Court on 8/7/2019, expiring on 8/7/2020. The defendant violated the duly served order of protection by being present inside of the victim, Christie Menkins’ residence while she was home. Furthermore, the defendant was convicted of the specified aggravated family offense of criminal contempt in the second degree on 8/7/2019 in the City of Fulton Court. Said conviction was from being charged while being in the presence of the victim, Christie Menkins, which violated a duly served stay away order of protection.
