On the 29th day of June, 2020, at approximately 11:44 A.M., while at 257 Furman St., in the City of Syracuse, County of Onondaga, State of New York, the defendant, Michael J. Sanderson was arrested on an arrest warrant, docket number CR-00549-20 issued by the City of Fulton Court and signed by the Honorable Hawthorne on 06/02/2020.
It is alleged that on the 23rd day of February, 2020, at approximately 10:33 A.M., while at 6 William Gillard Dr., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant did forcibly steal a Hilton gift card with a value of $250.00 from the victim, Cali E. Deland. The defendant did refuse to pay for or return the gift card to the victim. When the victim advised she was calling the police the defendant did brandish what appeared to be a black pistol placing the victim in fear of physical injury and causing her to drive away without the gift card or money. Said defendant was previously convicted of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree on 04/05/2013 in Oneida County Court.

On the 2nd day of July, 2020 at approximately 6:18 P.M., while at 156 W. Fourth St. S., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant, Richard L. Dennison Sr. was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.
On the above mentioned date, time and location the defendant, Richard L. Dennison during a domestic dispute, did intentionally impede the normal breathing by applying pressure with his hands on the throat and neck of the victim, Wesley Dennison for approximately 30 seconds causing him to have trouble breathing. Said actions by the defendant were likely to be injurious to the physical, mental, or moral welfare of a child, C.L.D. (11-20-2018), who was in close proximity of the physical altercation. It is further alleged that the said defendant did intentionally prevent the said victim from contacting emergency services during the course of a domestic dispute by unplugging the land line telephone.

On the 5th day of July, 2020, at approximately 8:30 A.M., while at 141 S. First St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Jean-Luc E. Rogers, was arrested on the charges of criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, and harassment in the second degree.
It is alleged that on the 4th day of July, 2020, at approximately 12:00 P.M., while at 158 S. Sixth St., during a domestic dispute, the said defendant did intentionally subject the victim, Rebecca Kaszubinski, to unwanted physical contact by striking her in the forehead with his head.
Furthermore, the said defendant did restrain the victim by placing both hands around her neck, applied pressure and pushed her against the kitchen wall. The said defendant did hold the victim against the wall for approximately 10 to 15 seconds while impeding her ability to breath. The victim had difficulty breathing as a result of the defendant’s actions. Said victim attempted to get away from the defendant by pushing him, but was unable to. Furthermore, while the victim was attempting to run out the front door of the residence, the said defendant did grab her and throw her away from the entry door to prevent her from leaving. The defendant’s actions did cause the victim to feel harassed, annoyed, and alarmed.
