On the 15th day of June, 2020, at approximately 6:43 P.M., while at 9 W. First St. S., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Jason M. Demott was arrested on an arrest warrant, docket number CR-00555-20 issued by the City of Fulton Court and signed by the Honorable Hawthorne on 06/10/2020.
It is alleged that on the 19th day of March, 2020, at approximately 3:05 P.M., while at 126 Cayuga St., the Dollar General, in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant did steal two packages of Hanes 6 count tube socks. The defendant did conceal both
packages of socks inside of his jacket and walk past all points of sales, failing to pay for said items. The total amount of the items taken is $14.00.

On the 17th day of June, 2020, at approximately 4:37 P.M., while at 212 S. Third St., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant Derek B. Ingersoll was arrested for criminal contempt in the first degree and harassment in the second degree.
On the above mentioned date and location at approximately 4:23 P.M.,
during the course of a physical domestic dispute, the said defendant Derek B. Ingersoll did violate a duly served refrain from order of protection protecting Hillary J. Hewitt, order number 2019-000197, issued by the Hon. David Hawthorne of the City of Fulton Court on 12/04/2019 and expiring on 12/04/2020 . Said order states the defendant is to refrain from harassing the victim along with committing any other criminal offenses against the victim. Furthermore, the defendant did intentionally subject the victim to unwanted physical contact when he grabbed her by the left elbow and attempted to pull her towards him, in which the victim felt annoyed, harassed and alarmed.

On the 17th day of June, 2020 at approximately 10:43 P.M., while in the 400 block of W. First St. S., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Olive R. Stoutenger was arrested for Failed To Keep Right, Visibility Distorted by Fractured Glass, Unlicensed Operator, Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated with a B.A.C. equal to order greater than 0.08%.
On the above mentioned date at approximately 10:08 P.M., while in the 500 block of W. First St. S., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Olive R. Stoutenger failed to keep right while operating a blue 2015 Chevrolet pick-up truck bearing NY Reg JDY4876. The defendant came to a stop in the 400 block of W. First St. S. and was operating the motor vehicle while in an intoxicated state and while said vehicle had a fractured and distorted windshield. Said intoxication was shown by the defendants glassy eyes, poor motor coordination and odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage emanating from her breath. The said defendant was administered three standardized field sobriety tests which were the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, the Walk and Turn and the One-Leg Stand. The said defendant did fail all three tests. The defendant did provide a breath sample which returned a blood alcohol content of 0.08%. The defendant was also operating the vehicle without a valid NYS drivers license.

On the 18th day of June 2020 at 6:38 a.m. while at 104 Union St. Apt. A in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the said defendant, Amanda Bailey was arrested for Menacing in the Second Degree, Criminal Possession of A Weapon in the Fourth Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.
On the 18th day of June at approximately 6:10 a.m. while at 104 Union St. Apt. A, in the City of Fulton, the defendant, Amanda Bailey during a domestic dispute with the victim, James D. Sciacca, did place the victim in reasonable fear of his safety. The defendant did so by possessing a machete, a dangerous instrument with an approximately 18.5 inch blade, all while screaming at the victim and threatening the victim that she was going to kill the victim. Said actions by the defendant, caused the victim fear for his life. The defendant did also during the dispute with the victim, intentionally damage the window trim to the exterior door to said residence by striking the window trim with the machete, causing the window trim to break. The window trim is valued by the victim to be approximately $75 to repair the damage. The defendant also intentionally caused damage to a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser, bearing NY registration JEC4459 that belonged to the victim. The defendant did strike the hood area with the machete, causing it to dent and scratch. The defendant also struck the windshield and mirrors with the machete, causing the windshield to crack and both driver and passenger mirrors to break. Furthermore, the defendant did kick the front bumper, causing it to break. Said actions by the defendant caused damage estimated by the victim to be approximately $3,500.00- $4,000.00. The defendant did damage all property while knowing she had no right to do so.

On the 19th day of June 2020, at 9:11 p.m., while on the Oneida St. Bridge, in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Clinton E. Rowe Jr. was arrested for Petit Larceny.
On the 19th day of June 2020 at 8:58 p.m., while at 12 W. First St. S., in the City of Fulton, the defendant, Clinton E. Rowe Jr. did walk to the frozen food aisle and remove four Blue Bunny Cookies n Cream Sundae’s from the freezer and place them in his sweatshirt. He also removed six Slush Puppy ice creams from the freezer and place them into his sweatshirt. The defendant then left the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. The stolen Slush Puppy ice creams are valued at $1.00 each and the stolen ice cream sundae’s are valued at $3.19 each, for a total of $18.76.

On the 20th day of June, 2020 at approximately 3:31 A.M. while at S. Third St. and Highland St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, state of New York the said defendant, Derek B. Ingersoll, was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree and Aggravated Family Offense.
It is alleged that on the above mentioned date at approximately 3:18 A.M while at 212 S. Third St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, during a domestic dispute, the said defendant did violate a duly served stay away order of protection, order number 2020-000057, signed by the Honorable David H. Hawthorne of the City of Fulton Court on 06/18/2020 and expires on 06/18/2021. Said order commands the defendant to stay away from and have no communication with the protected party, Hillary Hewitt. The said defendant having violated the order by being at the home of the protected party at the above address.
Furthermore, the said defendant has been previously convicted of the
specified offense of attempted criminal obstruction of breathing on
12.04/2019 in the City of Fulton Court. The conviction was stemming from a domestic dispute incident involving Hillary Hewitt.

On the 20th day of June, 2020, at approximately 1:42 P.M. while at 524 W. First St. S. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, Corina M. Walden, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
On the above mentioned date, time, and location the defendant did yell and swear at an unreasonable noise level after being warned by uniformed police officers to cease her conduct. The defendant did commit said act while she was outside of her residence and in a residential area which contained numerous occupied dwellings. On the 21st day of June, 2020, at approximately 9:25 A.M., while in the 100 block of E. Broadway in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant, William M. Player III, was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the third degree.
It is alleged that on the 16th day of June, 2020, at approximately 1:30 P.M., while at the intersection of W. Third St. S. and Oak St., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York, the defendant did intentionally damage glass to the door of a Centro bus by striking said window with a closed fist. The defendant showed clear intent to damage the window without having reasonable ground to believe that he had such right to do so. The total cost to repair the window was estimated to cost approximately $379.00.
