Narrative:

On 7/21/2020  at 1:46 AM, while at 252 West Fourth Street South in Fulton, the defendant, Tammy L. Last, was arrested for Menacing in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.

On 7/21/2020 at 252 West Fourth Street South in Fulton at 1:06 AM, during a physical domestic dispute,  Last placed the victim, Bobbie St. Andrews, in fear of death, imminent serious physical injury or physical injury by displaying a six inch long, silver kitchen knife, which she had raised above her head in a threatening manner, stating that she was going to kill her. Furthermore the defendant did possess the knife, which she used unlawfully to place the victim in fear for her life.

Arrest Narrative:

On 7/22/2020, 1:44 AM, at 252 West Fourth Street South, in Fulton, Bobbie J. St. Andrews, was arrested on charges of Criminal Possession of  a Weapon 3rd degree and Attempt to Commit Assault 2nd degree.

It is alleged that at approximately 1:06 AM, during a domestic dispute, Bobbie J. St. Andrews did possess a six inch long, silver kitchen knife that she used against the victim by  striking her in the left leg. The cut did not require any medical treatment.

Narrative:

On 7/22/2020 at 3:17 PM while in the 600 block of Division Street in the City of Fulton, Talana J. Savery was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

It is alleged the defendant did engage in a verbal and physical domestic dispute with the victim, Ramon Garcia.  During the course of the argument, the defendant did intentionally puncture the sidewall of a Duratrac automobile tire (LT265/70R17) valued at $100, with a small black handled screwdriver

The defendant acted in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of the victim, H.E.G. (DOB 11/18/2016) who is less than seventeen years old, during a domestic dispute.  The defendant did engage in a physical dispute with the child’s father, Ramon Garcia, whom she bit on the right forearm while he was holding the victim.

On 7/23/2020 at 9:48 PM, while at 12 West First Street South (Price Chopper), in the City of Fulton, Clinton E. Rowe Jr., was arrested for Burglary in the Third Degree and Petty Larceny.

On 7/23/2020 at approximately 9:38 PM, the defendant did knowingly enter and remain unlawfully in 12 West First Street South (Price Chopper) after being previously informed that he was no longer allowed on the property or inside of the business.

Furthermore, while the defendant was inside, he did secrete items within his back pack: The total cost of all items had an aggregate value of $42.02. The defendant did pass all points of sale while making no attempts to pay for the items.

On 7/24/2020 at 11:45 AM, while at 141 South First Street in Fulton, Justin N. Rivera was arrested on a criminal summons related to an incident  on 4/20/2020 where it is alleged the defendant Justin N. Rivera did, during an altercation with the victim, Ian Woodward, strike the victim multiple times in the head, shoulders and left arm with a metal baseball bat.

On 7/24/2020, 9:12 PM at 126 Cayuga Street Dollar General, in Fulton,  Matthew D. Colling, was arrested for Burglary in the Third Degree, Petit Larceny, and Harassment in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that Colling. after being previously warned by uniformed police officers that he is no longer allowed on the premise, entered and remained unlawfully in 126 Cayuga Street Dollar General, with the intent to commit the crime of petit larceny.

During the course of the incident the defendant, did secrete 12 DVD’s into his pants, then exited the store, passing all points of sale, without making any attempt to pay for the items.

On 7/24/2020, 10:54 PM at 221 Cayuga Street in Fulton, Timothy F. Carlin, was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. It is alleged that  at 10:53 PM, Carlin did yell at an unreasonable level while outside of his apartment building causing public inconvenience, annoyance and alarm.

Furthermore, Carlin intentionally prevented a uniformed Police Officer from placing him into custody after being told he was under arrest. Carlin prevented a  uniformed police officer from taking him into custody by running back into his apartment and shutting the door.

On the 7/26/2020 at 6:30 PM while at 110 West First Street North in Fulton, Patrick C. Violando Jr., engaged in a Domestic Dispute, using two hands to push the complainant, April Wafer, by her shoulders. This caused the victim to fall into a fan and then fall onto the hardwood floor.

Narrative:

On the 7/26/2020, 6:53 PM at 102 West Fourth Street South in Fulton, Michael J. Queior, was arrested for three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Blood Circulation, and Harassment in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that during the course of a domestic dispute,  Queior grabbed Ashley L. Bartlett by the throat and pushed her to the ground. Queior’s actions caused the defendant to have a hard time breathing and swallowing, along with causing abrasions on both knees.
