Narrative:
On 8/17/2020, at approximately 2:57 p.m. while at 141 S. First St., in Fulton. the defendant, Alexander M. Beeles, was arrested on a Criminal Summons, Docket – number CR-00834-20, issued by the Honorable D. Hawthorne of the City of Fulton Court on 8/17/2020.
It is alleged that on 6/11/2020, at approximately 10:50 a.m. while at 501 Seneca St. Apt. 2, in Fulton,Beeles, while acting in concert with co-defendant, Krystal L. Smith, did knowingly leave their child in common, N.M.B. (DOB: 05/16/2020) inside the residence alone and walked down the street leaving the child unattended.
The defendant and co-defendant were approximately one half of a city block from the residence and were outside for approximately 10 minutes. The actions of the defendant were likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of the child.
