On the 11th day of May 2020 at 8:22 a.m. while in the parking lot of 1001 S. First St. (Riverscape Apartments) in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego State of New York, the defendant, Joshua E. Hemingway Jr. was arrested for Menacing in the Second Degree, Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree and Petit Larceny.
On the 11th day of May 2020 between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. while at 930 S. First St. Rm 122, in the City of Fulton, the defendant, Joshua E. Hemingway Jr. during a Domestic Dispute with the victim, Crystal N. Dullen, did possess and wave a blue colored cane with a knife blade affixed to the handle portion at her while telling her that he was going to kill her. The defendant also possessed a black colored BB gun and pointed it at the victim causing the victim to fear that she was going to be shot and injured. The defendant committed such acts while being previously convicted of Assault in the Third Degree on 4/04/2018 in the Town of Schroeppel Court. The defendant did also steal the victim’s brown and tan, Calvin Klein change purse, valued at $40, containing approximately $100.00 in U.S. Currency.
