On 1/23/26 at 5:35 p.m., Brian J. Hullings, 49, of Granby was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Hullings was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/24/26 at 7:42 p.m., Nicole E. Peck, 38, of Richland was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Camden PD. Nicole was turned over to the Camden PD for Further processing.
On 1/25/26 at 6:02 p.m., Ethan E. Halsey, 36, of West Monroe was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Halsey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/26/26 at 10:46 a.m., Nathaniel J. Flynn, 35, of Red Creek was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Flynn was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/26/26 at 2:15 p.m., Devon A. Foster, 24, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rddegree and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Foster is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/9/26.
On 1/27/26 at 10:24 a.m., Barbara A. Reed, 50, of Parish was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Reed was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/27/26 at 2:53 p.m., Jemaria K. Paventy, 31, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Ms. Paventy was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/27/26 at 3:41 p.m., Heather M. Chappell, 50, of Constantia was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Onondaga County. Ms. Chappell was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further process.
On 1/27/26 at 4:45 p.m., Eugene William Crowe, 63, of Oswego was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Crowe was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/28/26 at 1:03 a.m., Maryemma M. Dacey, 52, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Dacey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/29/26 at 2:22 a.m., Destiny N. Arnold, 29, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Arnold was arraigned in CAP Court.
