On 10/18/2026 at approximately 12:58 AM, Jacob L. Bartlett was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree following a traffic stop in the City of Oswego. Jacob was issued multiple uniform traffic tickets on scene returnable to Oswego City Court on 11/12/2026 at 09: 30 AM.

Listed offenses: MENACING-3RD; RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT-2ND; HARASSMENT-2ND

On 10/19/2026 at approximately 07:16 PM, Michael J. Bird was arrested for Menacing in the Third Degree and Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree following an incident that occurred in the City of Oswego. Michael J. Bird was transported to the Oswego City Police Department where he was processed, fingerprinted and released with an appearance ticket. Michael J. Bird is scheduled to appear in Oswego City Court on 11/12/2026 at 09:30 AM.

On 10/14/2026 at approximately 11:20 AM, Casey A. Bruni, was arrested for Burglary in the Third Degree and Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree. C. Bruni was transported to the Oswego City Police Department for processing, before being transported to the Oswego County Jail for holding pending afternoon CAP Arraignment.

Dominic Daniel Diaz

Listed offenses: CRIM MIS:INTENT DAMAGE PROPRTY; AGGRAVATED FAMILY OFFENSE

On 10/16/2026 at approximately 12:27 AM, Dominic D. Diaz was arrested for criminal mischief in the fourth degree and aggravated family offense after a domestic incident in the City of Oswego. Dominic was transported to OCJ pending arraignment in CAP Court.

On 10/18/2026 at 11:57 AM, Paul V. Dicuia was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree following an incident that occurred within the City of Oswego.

On 10/13/2026 at approximately 2:13 AM, Dillon J. Gibson was arrested for Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree for an incident that occurred in the City of Oswego. Dillon was processed at the Oswego Police Department and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Oswego City Court on 11/05/2026 at 09:30 AM.

On 10/17/2026 at 6:50 P. M. Brittany Grant was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Brittany Grant was issued several UTTs and is due back to Oswego City Court on 11/12/2026 at 9:30 A. M.

Connor James Greene

Listed offenses: OPER MV IMPAIRED BY DRUGS 1ST; CRIM POSS CONTRL SUBST-7TH; TRAFFIC DEVICE VIOL:RED; FAILED TO STOP AT STOP SIGN

On 10/15/2026 at approximately 12:22 pm Connor J. Greene was arrested for Driving While Ability-Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree after a traffic stop revealed he was operating a motor vehicle in the City of Oswego while impaired by drugs. C. Greene submitted to a chemical test and a DRE Evaluation. C. Greene was processed and then turned over to NYS Parole for an active Parole Warrant.

Tammimarie H. Hagan

Listed offenses: EXECUTE BENCH WARRANT

On 10/17/2026 at approximately 05:10 PM, Tammimarie H. Hagan was arrested on an active Bench Warrant for Harassment in the 2nd Degree issued out of the City of Oswego Court by the Honorable Judge Kirwan. Hagan was processed at the Oswego Police Department and transported to Oswego County CAP Court for arraignment.

William J. Hallock

Jessica Michelle Joyce Kelly was processed at the Oswego City Police Department where she she was then transported to the Oswego County Public Safety Center to be held for arraignment.

On 10/19/2026 at approximately 10:22 PM, Edward Kraft was arrested for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and two counts of Menacing in the Second Degree regarding a domestic incident that occurred in the City of Oswego. Kraft was subsequently processed and fingerprinted at OPD then transported to OCJ pending arraignment at CAP Court.
