Adams, 35, of 27882 St Rt 342, #213, Black River, NY 13612 was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 1st degree, Driving Without a License, Inadequate/No Plate Lamp, and Inadequate Mirrors, following a traffic stop on I-81N in the Town of Parish. Mr. Adams is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 7/15/20.
On 6/5/20 at 10:00 a.m., Shane Vivlamore, 33, of 148 West Van Buren St, Front Apt, Oswego, NY was charged with Sex Offender Registry Violation, 1st offense. He is scheduled to appear in Court on a later date.

Hobart, 27, of 516 Ontario St, Fulton, NY was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, 3rd degree, following a traffic stop on Rathburn Rd in the Town of Granby for a previous incident that occurred on 4/26/20. Ms. Hobart is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 6/19/20.
