On 6/15/20 at 6:55 p.m., Michael P. Billie, 29, of 466 Co Rte 84, Central Square, NY was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following a vehicle complaint reported in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Billie is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 8/14/20.
On 6/16/20 at 3:30 p.m., Franklin N. Pryor, 77, of 662 Co Rte 1, Apt C, Oswego, NY was charged with Sex Abuse, 1st degree following an investigation into a sex offense reported to the Oswego County Sheriff’s on 5/22/20 that occurred in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Pryor was arraigned in CAP Court and is scheduled to appear in the Town of New Haven Court on a later date.
On 6/16/20 at 6:48 p.m., Grant P. Broadwell, 44, of 65 Bayshore Dr, Oswego, NY was charged with Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following a harassment complaint in the Town of Hastings where he was allegedly texting the victim, thus violating a Court order of protection. Mr. Broadwell is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 8/15/20.
