On 6/17/20 at 1:30 p.m., Randi L. Marsden, 38, of 135 Albright Rd, Mexico, NY was charged with Assault, 3rd degree following further investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of New Haven on 6/12/20 where she allegedly engaged in a verbal and physical altercation with a victim resulting in injury. This is linked to the same incident where Kenneth LaRock was placed in custody on 6/12/20, both individuals had separate victims. Ms. Marsden is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 8/11/20.
On 6/17/20 at 2:12 p.m., Tristan E. Zody, 21, of 2097 St Rte 13, Altmar, NY was charged with Petit Larceny following an incident at Walmart in the Town of Granby. Mr. Zody is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 7/15/20.
On 6/18/20 at 5:50 p.m., Aaron L. Vanvorst, 30, of 30 W 11th St, Apt E8, Fulton, NY was charged with Grand Larceny, 4th degree, 2 counts of Petit Larceny, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree, and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an investigation into multiple larcenies that occurred in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Vanvorst is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 7/15/20.

On 6/18/20 at 8:12 p.m., Cameron T. Vincent, 20, of 502 Buffalo St, Apt 1, Fulton, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana, 2nd degree and Following Too Close after patrol conducted a traffic stop on St Rte 481 in the Town of Volney. Mr. Vincent was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.
