On 6/29/20 at 5:26 p.m., Michael J. Sanderson, 32, of 18 W 11th St, Apt 9, Fulton, NY was charged with Robbery, 1st degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, and Grand Larceny, 4th degree following an investigation into an incident in the Town of Scriba where three victims arrived at a location given by Mr. Sanderson in an attempt to sell an Xbox 1 with accessories. Mr. Sanderson then allegedly held the individuals at gunpoint while the items were stolen. Mr. Sanderson was arraigned in CAP Court and returned to Oswego County Jail staff, where he is being held on these charges and other unrelated charges. He is to appear in the Town of Scriba Court on 7/2/20.
On 6/30/20 at 7:51 p.m., Jonathan E. Cronk, 30, of 2429 US Rte 11, Parish, NY was charged with Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree after he allegedly tried to contact the victim via phone call, thus violating a Court order of protection. Mr. Cronk was arraigned and is to appear in the Town of Palermo Court on 7/27/20.
On 6/30/20 at 10:06 p.m., Kristina J. McIntyre, 40, of 126 Mack Rd, Oswego, NY was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a domestic dispute in the Town of New Haven. Ms. McIntyre is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 7/15/20
