On 6/8/20 at 12:33 a.m., Robert E. Hahne, 44, of 227 Co. Rte 55, Bloomingdale, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana, 1st degree, (a class C felony), and a License Plate Violation following a traffic stop for an obstructed plate on I-81S in the Town of Richland. Mr. Hahne was arraigned in CAP Court and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Richland Court on 8/12/20.
On 6/9/20 at 5:52 p.m., Joshua R. Ralston, 36, of 2685 Co Rte 2, Pulaski, NY was charged with Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree where he allegedly was in violation of a Court order of protection stemming from a traffic stop made on Main St in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Ralston is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 8/6/20.
On 6/9/20 at 11:45 p.m., Makayla S. Tipton, 22, of 9467 Chalkstone Course, Apt E, Brewerton, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy Court. Ms. Tipton was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.
On 6/10/20 at 6:41 a.m., Michael J. McConnell, 20, of 379 Co Rte 4, Hastings, NY was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following a domestic dispute where he allegedly caused damage to the victim’s vehicle in the Town of Hastings. Mr. McConnell was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.
On 6/11/20 at 2:36 p.m., Jasmine L. Williams-Banks, 21, of 37 E. 5th St., Oswego, NY was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident where she allegedly engaged in a verbal and physical altercation with a minor in the Town of Granby. Ms. Williams-Banks is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 7/16/20.
