Friday, 7/24/20:
On 7/22/20 at 12:00 a.m., Zachary J. Gushlaw, 23, of 84 E. Seneca St, Oswego, NY was charged with Burglary 3rd degree, Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, and Petit Larceny following an investigation into a burglary complaint at the Pit Stop in the Town of Scriba in December of 2019. Mr. Gushlaw allegedly used a hammer to break the glass of the entry door, jumped over the counter, and took numerous cigarette packs valuing around $196.68. Mr. Gushlaw was held to await arraignment in Oswego County CAP Court later that day.
On 7/23/20 at 11:19 a.m., Michael M. Hamilton Sr., 28, of 540 Cable Rd, Williamstown, NY was charged with Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia where he allegedly displayed a weapon during a fight. Mr. Hamilton is scheduled to appear in the Town of Constantia Court on 8/17/20.
