Amaral, 36, of 2064 Co Rte 11, Parish, NY was charged with Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Volney where she allegedly entered the victim’s home, engaging in a verbal and physical altercation that resulted in broken household items. Ms. Amaral is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 7/15/20.
