On 8/21/20 at 10:19 a.m., Brandon M. Fowler, 34, of 250 Church St, Hannibal, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Dewitt. Fowler was turned over to the Dewitt Police Department for further processing.
On 8/22/20 at 10:56 p.m., Jennifer L. Skutt, 33, of 169 Ames St, Apt B101, Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Probation Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Skutt was held to await arraignment.
On 8/23/20 at 12:40 a.m., Taylor A. Loughrey, 27, of 1336 Silk Road, Fulton, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree following an observed disabled vehicle on State Route 481. Upon further investigation, the vehicle was reported stolen through the Oswego City Police Department. Loughrey was arraigned in CAP Court on 8/23/20.
