Cop Logs: Oswego County Sheriff’s Department 8/26/2020

On 8/24/20 at 2:15 a.m., Jeremy A. Gross, 38, of 4113 U.S. Route 11, Pulaski, NY was charged with Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree following a harassment complaint in the Town of Parish where he intentionally struck another vehicle occupying three individuals. Gross is scheduled to appear in the Town of Parish Court on 9/15/20.


On 8/24/20 at 10:45 a.m., Heather L. Davis, 26, of 42 Keller Road, Hannibal, NY was arrested based on a Probation Warrant issued out of Oswego County Probation Department. She was turned over to the Oswego County Probation Department for processing.

Davis was charged with Grand Larceny, 4th degree following an incident that occurred on 5/14/20 in the Town of Granby where the victim dropped their vehicle off to be fixed at a residence and the vehicle was missing the following day. Davis is scheduled to answer to the charge in the Town of Granby Court on 9/7/20.

Subsequently while being held at the Oswego County Jail awaiting arraignment, Davis was additionally charged with Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree when OCJ staff found a glass pipe on her person. She was arraigned in CAP Court same day.


On 8/24/20 at 12:36 p.m., Alisa R. Smith, 26, of 200 Hannibal St, Apt 6, Fulton, NY was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree and Mitchel A. R. Kirk, 23, of 21 Ellen St, Oswego, NY was charged with Grand Larceny, 4th degree following an investigation into a stolen vehicle in the Town of Scriba reported earlier that day. Smith and Kirk are scheduled to appear in the Town of Scriba Court on 9/3/20.


On 8/24/20 at 4:15 p.m., Kenneth M. Waugh, 24, of 216 Phillips St, Apt 1, Fulton, NY was charged with 2 counts of Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an on-going investigation into a complaint initially reported in January 2020 where he was found to have sent pictures to minors online and asking them to engage in sexual acts. Waugh was arraigned in CAP Court later that day.


On 8/25/20 at 8:25 p.m., Chel-C A. Christensen, 29, of 631 N C St, Lake Worth, FL, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Williamstown. Ms. Christensen was arraigned in CAP Court and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Williamstown Court on 8/31/20.
