On 8/26/20 at 10:58 a.m., Kaylee L. Relyea, 34, of 38 Birch Lane, Bldg 41, Apt C, Oswego, NY was charged with Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following a burglary complaint that occurred at one of the neighboring residences. The victim confirmed that Relyea did not have permission to access the residence. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Scriba Court on 9/10/20.
On 8/27/20 at 8:40 a.m., Steven M. Kilgor, 58, of S. Crown Oaks Drive, Penfield, NY and Robert M. Jones, 54, of 68 Canton Drive, Syracuse, NY were both charged with Petit Larceny following an incident at Walmart in the Town of Granby. Kilgor and Jones are scheduled to answer to the charges in the Town of Granby Court on 9/7/20.
Subsequently, Kilgor was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Seneca County Court. Mr. Kilgor was turned over to Seneca Falls Police Department for further processing.
