On 8/28/20 at 8:19 p.m., Chad K. Huber, 38, of 106 Onlin Drive, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Mr. Huber was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.
On 8/29/20 around 1:26 a.m., Oswego County Sheriff’s were dispatched to a domestic in progress at 134 County Route 63 in the Town of Scriba. Jeremy D. Grady had forced entry into the victim’s residence, causing damage to the door frame and a physical altercation ensued.
Once inside, Erica L. Hall and Tiffany L. Johnson also entered the home without permission and the three individuals remained in the dwelling after being told by Darrell M. Grady to leave. The charges for all parties involved are as follows:
- At 1:45 a.m., Darrell M. Grady, 42, of 134 County Route 63, Oswego, NY was charged with Harassment, 2nd degree. Grady is scheduled to appear in the Town of Scriba Court on 9/10/20.
- At 4:15 a.m., Jeremy D. Grady, 41, of 34 East 4th St, Oswego, NY was charged with Burglary, 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, and Harassment, 2nd degree. Grady was held to await arraignment.
- At 4:50 a.m., Tiffany L. Johnson, 35, of 34 East 4th St, Oswego, NY was charged with Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree. Johnson was held to await arraignment.
- At 4:57 a.m., Erica L. Hall, 37, of 316 County Route 1A, Oswego, NY was charged with Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree. Hall was held to await arraignment.
On 8/29/20 at 4:34 p.m., Misty A. Reynolds, 34, of 147 Collar Drive, Utica, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Ms. Reynolds was turned over to Oswego City Police Department for further processing.
