On 9/9/20 at 9:49 a.m., Brandi L. Gates, 22, of 590 Main St, Phoenix, NY was charged with Criminal Sex Act, 1st degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an on-going investigation into a sex offense in the Village of Phoenix. Gates was arraigned in CAP Court same day. This case remains an open investigation.
On 9/9/20 at 12:50 p.m., Arkeem J. Betts, 33, of 119 Coral Ave, Syracuse, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 2nd degree, and an Equipment Violation following a traffic stop on I-81 in the Town of Parish.
Upon further investigation, a Sheriff’s Deputy recovered nine (9) individual packets of a controlled substance that was tested positive for Fentanyl Compound of Heroin. Betts is scheduled to appear in the Town of Parish Court on 9/15/20.
On 9/9/20 at 3:36 p.m., Daniel T. Mason, 66, of 427 Silk Road, Apt 5, Fulton, NY was charged with Lewdness for allegedly exposing himself to a census worker at his residence. Mason is scheduled to appear in the Town of Volney Court on 9/24/20.
On 9/9/20 at 8:32 p.m., Zachary R. Bentley, 22, of 21 Perry Road, Rear Apt, Pennellville, NY was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Bentley was transferred to the Oswego County Jail (OCJ) Staff.
On 9/9/20 at 11:21 p.m., Tony M. Lynch, 63, of 167 Lorton Lake Drive, Altmar, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Cazenovia Police Department. Lynch was turned over to Cazenovia Police Department for further processing.
On 9/10/20 at 1:10 p.m., Margaret A. Burm, 64, of 662 County Route 1, Apt A, Oswego, NY was charged with Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree following a domestic dispute in the Town of New Haven where she struck a TV with a flashlight. Burm was scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on same day.
On 9/10/20 at 5:49 p.m., Michel M. Palmowski Jr, 27, of 1418 U.S. Route 11, Hastings, NY was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Palmowski was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.
