On 9/12/20 at 12:04 p.m., Tony J. Hilton, 29, of 291 Kaine Road, Williamstown, NY was charged with AUO, 1st degree, a class E felony; Failure to Obey Police Officer; Speeding; Illegal Turn; DWAI and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign following an incident on Kaine Road in the Town of Williamstown. Hilton is scheduled to answer the charges on 9/28/20 in the Town of Williamstown Court.
On 9/12/20 at 6:50 p.m., Robert J. Rice, Jr., 35, of 108 E. 5th St., Back Apt., Oswego, NY was charged with Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following the investigation into an incident that occurred on 8/20/20 in the Town of Scriba, where he allegedly threatened the victim bodily harm during a phone call. Mr. Rice is scheduled to answer the charge on 9/24/20 in the Town of Scriba Court.
On 9/13/20 at 1:09 a.m., Horace F. Shepard, 43, of 1219 Comstock Ave., Syracuse, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 4th degree, a C felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony; DWI; Operating MV with BAC of .08 of 1%; Reckless Driving and Improper Entrance/Exit on Highway following an incident in the Town of Hastings, where he was reportedly observed driving south on Interstate 81 in the northbound lanes. Mr. Shepard was held in the Oswego County Correctional Facility to await CAP Court.
On 9/13/20 at 6:14 p.m., Charles S. Hudson, 34, of 2572 County Route 57, Fulton, NY was charged with Attempted Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Granby on 7/28/20. Mr. Hudson is scheduled to answer the charge on 9/28/20 in the Town of Granby Court.
