On 9/14/20 at 2:30 p.m., George C. Manford Jr, 44, of 360 W 4th St. S, Fulton, NY was charged with 2 counts of Petit Larceny stemming from two separate incidents on 9/11/20 and 9/14/20 at Walmart in the Town of Granby. Manford is to appear in the Town of Granby Court on 10/5/20.
On 9/14/20 at 4:35 p.m., Chad E. Merrills Sr, 39, of 3 Larobardiere Road, Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Troy City Pollice Department. Merrills was turned over to the Troy City PD for further processing.
On 9/15/20 at 9:56 a.m., Bobby J. Hoyt, 29, of 2588 State Route 11, Apt 12, Mexico, NY was charged with Criminal Sexual Act, 1st degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation into a sex offense that was reported to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office on 6/25/20. Hoyt was arraigned in CAP Court on same day.
On 9/15/20 at 5:05 p.m., Daniel P. Springer, 31, of 3733 State Route 3, Fulton, NY was charged with Burglary, 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief, 4th degree: Prevent Emergency Call, Criminal Mischief, 4th degree: Intent to Damage Property, and 3 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo, where Mr. Springer entered the victim’s residence through the back door, causing damage, and took the victim’s phone while they were on a call with a 911 operator and hung up. Springer was arraigned in CAP Court and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Palermo Court on 10/27/20.
