On 8/31/20 at 10:12 a.m., Robert A. Bourlier III, 31, of 15 Borlier Blvd, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Probation Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Bourlier was arraigned and then held to await further Court proceedings.
