On 9/4/20 at 5:15 a.m., Allan J. Breckenridge, 29, of 105 Opal Drive, Aiken, SC was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant with full extradition issued out of Oswego County. Breckenridge was transferred to the Oswego County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Oswego County Court on 9/8/20.
On 9/4/20 at 11:23 a.m., Mathew R. Abbott, 39, of 24 Carter Road, Hannibal, NY, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued by the New York State Police. Abbott was turned over to NYSP for further processing.
On 9/6/20 at 10:21 p.m., Richard B. D’Andrea, 34, of 11 Fayette Ave., Buffalo, NY was charged with False Impersonation following a burglary complaint in the Town of Scriba, where he gave a Sheriff’s Deputy a false first name and date of birth. D’Andrea is scheduled to answer to the charge in the Town of Scriba Court on 9/10/20.
On 9/7/20 at 2:49 p.m., Daniel P. Springer, 31, of 3733 State Route 3, Fulton, NY was charged with Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following a domestic complaint in the Town of Palermo where he was texting and attempting to call the victim, thus violating a court order of protection. Springer is scheduled to answer to the charge in the Town of Palermo Court on 9/14/20.
On 9/8/20 at 7:39 p.m., Brittainy A. Parker, 28, of 663 Paradise Road, Central Square, NY was charged with Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following a harassment complaint in the Town of Granby where an A/C unit was damaged. Parker is scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on 9/21/20.
