On 8/20/20 at 12:16 a.m., Nicole B. Alexander, 38, of 681 County Route 54, Bldg 4, Pennellville, NY was charged with Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following a domestic dispute in the Town of Schroeppel that resulted in a broken window while attempting to gain entry into the victim’s residence. Alexander and the victim had an active court order of protection at the time of this incident. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Schroeppel Court on 8/26/20.
On 8/20/20 at 2:17 p.m., Craig J. Hofmann, 31, of 168 Germandale Drive, Fulton, NY was charged with Attempted Assault, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following a complaint in the Town of Granby where the victim was riding their bicycle and as they were passing Hofmann’s residence, Hofmann allegedly chased and hit them with a baseball bat. Hofmann is scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on 8/31/20.
On 8/20/20 at 8:13 p.m., April L. Marshall, 41, of 76 Center Rd, Pennellville, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Syracuse Court. Marshall was turned over to Syracuse Police Department for further processing.
