Magee, 35, of 3374 St Rt 49, Hastings, NY was charged with 2 counts of Grand Larceny, 4th degree following a complaint where two credit cards were stolen from the victim’s wallet while they were sleeping in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Magee was held for arraignment in CAP Court later that day.
On 7/27/20 at 9:18 p.m., Chad E. Merrills Jr., 19, of 3 Larobardiere Rd, Mexico, NY was charged with Assault, 3rd degree following a fight involving multiple parties in the Town of Constantia on 7/8/20 that resulted in injury. Mr. Merrills is scheduled to appear in the Town of Constantia Court on 8/17/20.
On 7/28/20 at 8:40 p.m., Charles W. Gedney, 56, of 178 German Dale Dr, Fulton, NY was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an assault complaint at a neighboring residence where Mr. Gedney was a bystander. Mr. Gedney is scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on 8/10/20.
