On 6/26/08 at 11:47 p.m., Joseph R. Boyden, 25, of 171 Erie St., Oswego, NY was arrested on a bench warrant out of Oswego County Family Court charging him with DWI, previous conviction in 10 years, a class E felony and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. Mr. Boyden is being held in the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail, awaiting arraignment before Oswego County Family Court today.
