On 6/28/08 at 2:50 a.m., Michael R. Lavoy, 18, of Bldg # 752, Port Byron, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated; Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC .08 of 1% and Speed in Zone after a traffic stop on SR 3, near Phillips St., in the City of Fulton. Mr. Lavoy was released on UTT’s, returnable to the City of Fulton Court on 7/10/08.
On 6/30/08 at 6:00 p.m., Michael J. Fragale, 18, of 32 Kingdom Rd., Oswego, NY was operating a 2008 Honda ATV2 (motocross motorcycle) at 2962 CR 57 in the Town of Volney when reportedly the ATV was attempting a jump and the engine shut off, causing him to be thrown from the motocross motorcycle. Mr. Fragale was transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
On 7/1/08, Steven D. Brown, 44, of 499 CR 51A, Oswego, NY was arrested at 7:35 a.m. for Criminal Mischief, 4th , a class A misdemeanor and Harassment, 2nd after the investigation into a complaint of a disorderly male in which he pushed an individual and then punched a hole in the wall of the individual’s house. Mr. Brown was issued appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 7/3/08.
On 7/2/08 at 5:20 a.m., Becky R. Sage, 23, of 170 Oswego St., Hannibal, NY was operating a 1995 Ford pick-up south on SR 34, 2/10 of a mile from Durbin Rd. in the Town of Hannibal, when the vehicle reportedly left roadway on the west side then re-entered roadway before exiting road on the east side and then collided with a tree. Ms. Sage was airlifted to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. Investigation continues into the cause of the accident.
