On 7/7/08, Ryan A. McMurray, 20, of 2004 SR 48, Fulton, NY was arrested at 9:37 p.m. for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd ( suspended from T/O Salina in Onondaga County) and Unsafe Movement of Stopped Vehicle after a traffic stop on SR 48, south of Fulton Ave. in the City of Fulton, that was initiated when he revved the motor and squealed the tires of his vehicle. Mr. McMurray was issued UTT’s, returnable to the City of Fulton Court on 7/17/08.
On 7/8/08 at 10:54 p.m., Jesse R. Russell, 18, of CR 29 Bldg# 348, Oswego, NY was arrested for Operating a MV Impaired by Drugs; Reckless Driving; Interior Mirror violation; Operating an Unregistered Vehicle; Operating a MV without Insurance; Operating a MV without Inspection Certificate; Speed in Zone; No License and Improper Plates after he was observed traveling at a high rate of speed on SR 104 and Shadd Dr., in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Russell was apprehended on Clocks Corners Rd. where he was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 7/17/08.
On 7/8/08 at 7:58 a.m. Lyda M. Bellamy, 65, of 9 Mazda Terrace, Rochester, NY was operating a 2005 Chrysler on SR 104 in the Town of Oswego, ¾ mile west of Tug Hill Rd., when the vehicle reportedly drifted off the north side of the road, hitting a mailbox before coming to rest in the ditch. Driver inattention seems to have been a contributing factor. Ms. Bellamy was issued a ticket for Operating a MV with a Suspended Registration.
