On 7/7/08 at 10:29 a.m., Kelley A. Potter, 22, of 875 CR 52, Richland, NY was operating a 1998 Nissan east on CR 2 in the Town of Richland when reportedly a vehicle driven by Esther J. White, 89, of 16 Furnace St., Pulaski, NY attempting to make a left hand turn failed to yield the right of way and collided with Ms. Potter’s. Ms. White was transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital.
On 7/8/08 at 3:16 p.m., Daniel R. Miller 2nd, 18, of 991 CR 45, Central Square, NY was operating a 1996 Chrysler east on CR 4 in the Town of Palermo, when reportedly attempting to stop for a vehicle slowing down to make a turn onto Red Schoolhouse Rd., could not and drove into the oncoming lane of traffic and collided with a 2003 Pontiac driven by Bonnie M. Wells, 25, of 3211 CR 57, Oswego, NY. Ms. Wells was transported to Oswego Hospital by ambulance. Mr. Miller was issued a ticket for Failure to Keep Right.
