On 1/26/23 at 10:40 a.m., Jerry R. Wheeler, 33, of 5870 US Rt 11, Sandy Creek, NY was arrested for Possessing Contraband in Prison, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor and Possessing Dangerous Contraband in Prison, 1st degree, a class D felony following the investigation into an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Wheeler was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on 1/26/23.
On 1/27/23 at 9:40 a.m., Scott W. Burns, 62, of 3902 CR 4, Oswego, NY was arrested for Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both class A misdemeanors following the investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Burns is scheduled to answer the charges in Oswego County CAP Court on 2/10/23.
On 1/27/23 at 3:33 p.m., Shana L. Hall, 30, of 536 CR 3, Apt 2, Fulton, NY was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants issued out of the City of Fulton. Ms. Hall was turned over to the Fulton Police Dept. for further processing.
On 1/28/23 at 11:54 a.m., Shawn A. Bartlett, 27, of 275 Sundown Rd., Fulton, NY was arrested based on an Oswego County Family Court Warrant. Mr. Bartlett was held at the Oswego County Correctional Facility to await arraignment in Family Court.
On 1/28/23 at 3:09 p.m., Cameron E. Lawler, 31, of 827 Middle Road, Oswego, NY was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony following the investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Lawler is scheduled to be arraigned at a later date.
On 1/28/23 at 5:19 p.m., Joshua A. Caufield, 33, of 4833 SR 104, Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy Court. Mr. Caufield was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash, $2500 secure bond, or $5000 unsecured bond.
On 1/28/23 at 7:55 p.m., Dwayne S. Horner, 60, of 35 Holly Park Drive, Constantia, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe Court. Mr. Horner was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court and released.
On 1/29/23 at 8:33 a.m., Rhiannon J. Haines, 44, of 14417 Fair Haven Road, Sterling, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego Court and a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton Court. Ms. Haines was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on the same day.
On 1/30/23 at 2:04 a.m., David S. VanVolkenburgh, 29, of 302 Peter Scott Rd., Pennellville, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. VanVolkenburgh was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 1/30/23 at 9:17 a.m., Michael V. Gavin, 27, of 2284 CR 37, Lot 79, West Monroe, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following a domestic incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Gavin was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on the same day.
On 1/30/23 at 10:05 p.m., Jacob M. Goodson, 30, of 12 Pierce Drive, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Goodson was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on the same date.
On 1/31/23 at 1:49 p.m., Matthew E. McCarty, 42, of 976 Red Schoolhouse Rd., Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. McCarty was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on the same day.
On 1/31/23 at 1:51 p.m., Shelbi M. Platt, 27, of 13 Cemetery St., Albion, NY was arrested for Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony following the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Albion. Ms. Platt was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on the same day.
Stemming from the investigation into the same incident, Austin C. Sgroi, 22, of 13 Cemetery St., Albion, NY was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony: Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor. Mr. Sgroi was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
Mr. Sgroi was also arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony; Possessing a Forged Instrument, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Lacona. Mr. Sgroi was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Sgroi was arrested for Intimidation, 3rd degree, a class E felony and Menacing, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Sgroi was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/1/23 at 10:08 a.m., Joshua A. Caufield, 33, of 470 Baldwin Road, Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Caufield was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on this day.
On 2/3/23 at 8:34 a.m., Seven J. Littleboy-Vaikness, 22, of 1648 CR 17, Amboy, NY was arrested for Burglary, 2nd degree, a class C felony; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Mr. Littleboy-Vaikness is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on today’s date.
