On 10/21/08 at 4:35 p.m., Robert G. Bryan, 46, and Robin Bryan, 40, both of Park Street Bldg# 407, Fulton, NY were arrested for Grand Larceny, Third Degree and Welfare Fraud, Third Degree, both class D felonies and Offering a False Instrument, a class E felony stemming from the result of an investigation into complaint made in which they allegedly failed to report income. Both individuals were arraigned in the Town of Mexico Court and ROR’d, returning to court at a later date.
