On 10/23/08 at 4:50 p.m., Kevin A. Dickinson, 19, of 892 Town Rd., Pulaski, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, Fourth Degree after he allegedly threw a shovel at the front door window of a Town of Richland residence, shattering the window while the residents of the house were just feet from the shattering glass. Mr. Dickinson was arraigned in the Town of Richland Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2500.00 bond with a return to court date of 11/3/08.
On 10/23/08 at 12:42 a.m., Tabitha J. Evans, 36, of 118 W. Broadway Apt. #3, Fulton, NY was arrested for DWI; Aggravated DWI ( with a BAC of .18% or greater ); Drinking Alcohol in a M/V on the Highway and Failure to Keep Right following a traffic stop on CR 3 in the Town of Granby after she was observed crossing the double solid line while traveling at a slow rate of speed. Ms. Evans was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 11/3/08.
