On 11/10/23 at 8:56 a.m., Dustin W. Gabbard, 35, of Oswego was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Gabbard is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/24/23.
On 11/10/23 at 2:19 p.m., John Raymond Bolds, 20, of Oswego was arrested for Possession of a Forged Instrument, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Lewdness (Expose Body in Public)-a class B misdemeanor along with multiple V&T citations following an incident in the Village of Cleveland. Mr. Bolds is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/24/23.
On 11/10/23 at 4:02 p.m., Cory J. Lawyer, 36, of Volney was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Pulaski; Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton; Bench Warrant out of SP Hastings and 2 Bench Warrants out of NYSP North Syracuse. Mr. Lawyer was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/10/23 at 10:39 p.m., Christopher J. Miller, 40, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court and two Arrest Warrants issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Miller was turned over to the Fulton City Police Dept. for further processing.

On 11/14/23 at 1:57 p.m., Devin M. Gauger, 36, of Hannibal was arrested for Resisting Arrest along with 2 Bench Warrants (1 out of T/O Hannibal, 1 out of T/O Oswego) and 1 Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Gauger was arraigned in CAP Court.
