On 11/3/08 at 9:44 a.m., Nathan G. Ralston, 22, of 36 Sawmill Rd., Pulaski, NY was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Town of Sandy Creek Court charging him with DWI; Operating a MV with BAC .08 of 1% or more; Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident; Operating an Unregistered Vehicle; Improper Plates; Operating a MV w/o Insurance and No License. Mr. Ralston was arraigned by Hon. Judge Maring and posted cash bail of $350.00. He is scheduled to return to T/O Sandy Creek Court on 11/6/08.
On 11/3/08 at 1:10 p.m., Howard M. Weber, 39, of County Route 4 Bldg# 2966, Fulton, NY was arrested on a Fugitive from Justice warrant issued out of the State of Florida charging him with Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Driving Under the Influence and Driving with a Suspended License. Mr. Weber was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Volney Court on 12/8/08.
On 11/3/08 at 7:00 p.m., James J. Roach, 31, of 34 Tallman St., Oswego, NY was arrested at the Oswego County Correctional Facility on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Richland Court charging him with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Roach was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bail with a return to court date of 12/1/08.
