On 11/4/08 at 8:51 a.m., Robert K. Cross Jr., 20, of 1664 Co. Rte. 2, Richland, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 3rd; Operating an Unregistered Vehicle; Improper Plates; Operating a MV w/o Insurance and One Plate Displayed following a traffic stop on CR 15 at I 81 in the V/O Sandy Creek. Mr. Cross was released on TRACS tickets, returnable to the Town of Sandy Creek Court on 11/20/08.
On 11/4/08 at 9:32 a.m., John P. Russell, 29, of 1956 State Route 58, Fulton, NY was arrested for Facilitating Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 2nd degree and No Seat Belt for Driver following a traffic stop on County Route 3 in the Town of Granby. Mr. Russell was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 11/10/08.
